The Schools Program works with young people to show how they can help fellow road users reach each destination safely.
The White Bike Foundation launched it’s School Road Safety Program in 2020 and exists with an aim to drive human respect on the road, regardless of the mode of transport a person chooses to take on aparticular day.
The Schools Program works with young people to show how they can help fellow road users reach each destination safely – and it works on strategies to show young people how they can instruct adults to do thesame. The concept is designed to replace anger and impatience with respect on the road – for this generation of road users and for those to come in the future.
Each year, Chris Savage and the White BikeFoundation team ride 1700 kilometers in memory of Joel Hawkins and to share aroad safety message along the way in honor of the Hawkins family. This is100kms for each year that Joel was with us.
